The District Administrative Court of Kyiv stripped Channel 5 and TVi TV channel of their broadcasting frequencies on June 8.
The National TV and Radio Council’s Jan. 27 decision to allocate frequencies to these channels was challenged by Inter group of TV channels, owned by head of the State Security Service Valery Khoroshkovsky.
