A billionaire businessman who reported his beauty queen wife missing to police is reportedly suing her - after finding out on social media that she has fled to America.

Italian Gianluca Cervara contacted police after Anna Zaiachkivska – winner of the 2013 Miss Ukraine beauty contest – vanished in July.
