Ukrainian blogger Oleksandr Baraboshko published nude photos of a young woman and claimed it was Olga Lulchak, a member of Vitali Klitschko's UDAR party, who was running for parliament in a single-member district in Kyiv with the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko on Sept. 16.
