President Viktor Yushchenko has signed the law on the 2009 national budget envisaging revenues ofHr 238.931 billion, outlays ofHr 267.320 billion, and the ceiling of the deficit ofHr 31.105 billion. The law on the 2009 national budget was published by the Uriadovyi Kurier government newspaper on December 30. According to Presidential Secretariat First Deputy Head Oleksandr Shlapak, Yuschenko signed the law on the national budget for 2009 on Monday after having corresponding consultations. Shlapak further said the Secretariat of the President received the law on the 2009 national budget on Saturday, December 27. The law on the 2009 national budget envisages the revenues of the general fund of the national budget of Hr 183.698 billion, the outlays of the general fund of the national budget of Hr 193.284 billion, and the ceiling of the general fund of Hr 9.171 billion. The law envisages the revenues of the special fund of the 2009 national budget of Hr 55.233 billion, the outlays of Hr 74.036 billion, and the ceiling of the deficit of the special fund of Hr 21.934 billion.
