Kyiv, September 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Sinergy investment and construction company Ltd. (Kyiv) is currently constructing the Mykhailivsky Sad housing estate near the village of Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka (Kyiv region), having suspended work on other objects, the company has told Interfax-Ukraine.
“We have frozen all of our objects. Now we have only one project. It is the Mykhailivsky Sad housing estate,” a company’s representative said.
According to the company, it is to construct the first 30 houses in the estate by late 2009. In March 2009 the price of a house in the village was calculated taking into account the price of one square meter of housing, estimated at UAH 7,500, and the price of 100 square meters of land (UAH 32,200). Recently the company has set a unified price for a house in the housing estate, which varies from $160,000 to $200,000.
The Mykhailivsky Sad housing estate is being constructed 14 kilometers from Kyiv on the Zhytomyr road. The project foresees the construction of 248 houses with an area of 183 to 476 square meters with land plots of 900 to 1,500 square meters.
Sinergy investment and construction company was founded in 2007. The company designs and constructs residential and office objects.
