Naftogaz Ukrainy chief Oleh Dubyna has told Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko that the country's domestic gas production has increased to 860 million cubic meters instead of the planned 586 million cubic meters since January 2009.
The meeting between Dubyna and Yushchenko was held on Friday, the president’s press service said.
Ukraine currently produces 61.9 million cubic meters of gas a day, Dubyna said.
