MOSCOW – The European Union continues linking the prospect of the anti-Russian sanctions being lifted or softened, with implementation of all points of the Minsk agreements, contrary to Moscow's expectations of the opposite.

Meanwhile, as Ulyukayev said at meetings with Finnish business circles in Helsinki on Wednesday, lately the situation has been evolving in such a way as to give rise to objective pre-conditions for the anti-Russian sanctions to be canceled or softened in the very near future.
