Ukraine said on Sept. 13 that pro-Russian insurgents had killed three of its soldiers in violation of a truce the foreign ministers of Germany and France will try to revive in Kyiv this week.
The toll brings to four the number of government soldiers killed in combat since the latest ceasefire along the volatile front line went into effect on Sept. 1.
