EPH, the Czech energy group, is planning to float a stake in the Slovakian pipeline business that supplies one-third of Europe’s gas imports from Russia — despite uncertainty over its future use as Moscow seeks to double the capacity of the rival Nord Stream route across the Baltic to Germany.
