Ukraine's parliament has said it will not recognise the legitimacy of Russia's newly elected Duma citing illegal voting in Crimea and other alleged irregularities during Moscow's lower house elections at the weekend.
The country’s lawmakers adopted a decree saying they would not recognise the legitimacy of Moscow’s lower house of parliament or any of its actions, reports Roman Olearchyk from Kyiv.
