Focus News: Militias, Ukrainian army begin to exchange prisoners of war

The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Ukrainian army have begun an exchange of prisoners of war (POWs), a DPR official said on Sept. 20.
