ILGA, an international LGBT advocacy group told the European parliament to suspend visa agreement with the Ukraine until it fulfills its commitments on gay rights.
The European parliament was called upon to postpone visa facilitation to ensure Ukraine fulfills its commitments first on LGBT rights.
