You're reading: Groysman says Ukraine’s Constitutional Commission approves draft constitutional amendments on decentralization

The Constitutional Commission of Ukraine approved draft amendments to the fundamental law on decentralization, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Volodymyr Groysman has said.

“I want to congratulate all the members of the Constitutional Commission on the first decision that we made, I want to emphasize and to announce that we will continue our work you and we will continue to work out our proposals,” he said at the meeting on June 26.

According to Groysman, the draft constitutional amendments on decentralization will be submitted to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
