The 'Normandy Quartet' leaders agreed to raise the number of checkpoints on the Russian-Ukrainian border, French President Francois Hollande said.
“We agreed that the number of checkpoints will be increased,” he told a press conference on the results of the talks between the leaders of the ‘Normandy Quartet’ states.
