Hennadiy Moskal has been appointed as the new Governor of Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, according to First Deputy Head of Petro Poroshenko Bloc Ihor Kononenko.
When asked on who he thought might become Zakarpattia governor he said: “There’s already a governor. Moskal became a head of the region. There’s a decree.”
Moskal was previously head of Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration.
