Deputy Chief of Ukraine’s Security Service, Andrei Kislinsky, has a fake higher education diploma, Education and Science Minister Ivan Vakarchuk said Monday. He quoted results of investigation by a special commission set up by the ministry to verify the authenticity of Kislinsky’s diploma. The commission found out the man had never been a student of the Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev and the diploma, which he ostensibly received there 2000.
