Vandals defaced the front door of The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev with Nazi symbols. A HIAS guard reported that three vandals, aged 17 and 18, spray-painted a Nazi eagle on the door with a stencil on Sunday morning. Also, a swastika on the front door was made with masking tape.
