Kyiv-based Kozyrna Karta Company, which owns a restaurant chain in Ukraine and the United States, plans to open one or two Murakami restaurants in Kyiv, the company has told Interfax-Ukraine.
“By late 2009, one or two Murakami restaurants are to be opened in
Kyiv,” the company said, not disclosing the location of the new
restaurants.
In addition, the Kozyrna Karta plans in 2010 to focus mainly on the development of its existing restaurants.
“Next year is to be declared a Quality Year, and not Quantity Year,” the company said.
The Kozyrna Karta chain includes around 100 restaurants in 37 cities of Ukraine.
The company also owns the Holiday Service catering service and the Bardo publishing house (the Zefir magazine).
