MOSCOW - The Kremlin regrets that Kyiv's Moskovsky Avenue was renamed to Stepan Bandera Avenue, but confirms the ineradicable nature of the Russian-Ukrainian kinship.

“Certainly, it is impossible to eradicate historical Russian-Ukrainian ties, the Russian-Ukrainian kinship by such renaming. One can only express deep regret over such actions,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
