Kyiv City State Administration will sign a memorandum with the National JSC Naftogaz Ukrainy on gas supplies during the heating season.
Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration Anatoliy Holubchenko told this to reporters on October 2.
According to him, this memorandum will foresee restructuring Kyiv’s
debts for gas and Naftogaz Ukrainy’s guarantying gas supplies in the
necessary quantities in winter.
The memorandum will be signed by Kyiv City State Administration, Naftogaz Ukrainy and Kyivenergo.
“I believe we will sign it today. I am to meet with Naftogaz Ukrainy
officials, and if we don’t sign the agreement today, we will do it on
Monday,” Holubchenko said.
