You're reading: Kyiv Council sells six hectares of land lots for Hr 78.6 million

The Kyiv Council has sold five land lots with a total area of 5.91 hectares for UAH 78.6 million.

According to the decision of the Kyiv Council as of October 8, a
land lot with a total area of 4.33 hectares at 17-19 Dehtiarivska
Street in the Shevchenkivskiy district of the capital was sold for UAH
44.7 million to the Monolit Building Union for building administrative
and office complex with entertainment facilities.

Two land lots were sold to JSC Dniprianka: a land lot with a total
area of 0.89 hectares for UAH 18.8 million at 23 Suleyman Stalskiy
Street in Dniprovskiy district to operate a food storehouse, along with
a land lot with a total area of 0.5 hectares for UAH 10.4 million at 17
Marko Cheremshyna Street in the same district.

The Kyiv Council also sold 0.17 hectares of land for UAH 3.4 million
on the Kyiv-Chernihiv highway to entrepreneur Volodymyr Yevtukh to
build a special recreation territory.

A land lot of 0.02 hectares at 5 Khreschatyk Street in Pechersk
district was sold for UAH 1.247 million to Graal Ltd. to build the
Stolychniy office and hotel complex.
