Twenty-eight hotels will be built in Kyiv ahead of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship, according to Serhiy Bronevytsky, the acting head of the Department for urban planning, architecture and design.
He said this at the session of Kyiv City Administration on Thursday
while presenting the plan for the location of the hotels in the capital
for the period until 2020 The plan was approved by the deputies.
Bronevytsky said that today there are 125 hotels in Kyiv, which
together are capable of accommodating 17,000 people, plus hostels and
guest rooms.
