Russia did not respond to Ukraine's proposal to organize a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian presidents, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“There is no response,” Lavrov said at a news conference in Kharkiv on Wednesday.
Ukraine’s acting Foreign Minister Volodymyr Khandohiy confirmed this information.
“The absence of a response can be viewed as a response,” he said at a news conference in Kharkiv.
