Ukraine is part of Europe, and it is important to take into account the Ukrainian disappointment in the postponement of the signing of the agreement with the European Union (EU) by the Kiev administration, European Commissioner for Regional and Urban Policy Johannes Hahn said in Vilnius on Tuesday.
