Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn has registered a draft resolution declaring a moratorium on a rise in tariffs for housing and utilities services for the population.
The document foresees the provision of social support to citizens
amid the financial and economic crisis and ensures that housing and
municipal services are rendered to them through the declaration of a
moratorium on a rise in tariffs for housing and utilities services to
the population until January 1, 2011.
