President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev claims that current President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is not taking enough steps to develop relations with Russia. He claimed that while making a speech in the Pittsburgh University.

“To my mind, the relationship was substituted by some schemes and were being developed not on the ground of scenario which would be interesting for both nations”, Dmitry Medvedev claimed.

He wrote about it in the letter addressed to Viktor Yushchenko, he added. “I know that President Yushchenko did not agree with me. He supposes everything was all right. But I think it is not so easy as authorities in Kyiv consider”, Ukrainskaya Pravda cites president of the Russian Federation as saying.
