Kyiv-based Miskzhytlobud Construction Company is in talks with Khreschatyk Bank, OJSC Swedbank and CJSC Swedbank Invest (all based in Kyiv) on the restructuring of credits worth UAH 220 million, Miskzhytlobud President Denys Kostrzhevsky, has told Interfax-Ukraine.

“We’re in talks with Khreschatyk Bank, Swedbank and Swedbank Invest on UAH 220 million [in credits],” he said.

He did not disclose the sums of the credits to each bank and the terms of restructuring.

Miskzhytlobud told Interfax-Ukraine that a UAH 59.7 million credit agreement with Khreschatyk Bank was signed in November 2008.

As reported, Miskzhytlobud in July 2008 raised a UAH 180 million
non-renewable consortium credit line from OJSC Swedbank and CJSC
Swedbank Invest with a 20% interest rate per annum, for 17 months.
