Kyiv-based Miskzhytlobud Construction Company plans in November 2009 to commission the third 20-25 storey building with a total apartment area of 49,559 square meters in the Holosiyevo residential complex located at 13, Holosiyevska Street in Kyiv.
“In November we plan to commission the third building of the complex
and a parking area, and now the company’s efforts are aimed at the
development of the complex’s territory. Workers are paving roads with
asphalt, and developing the grounds,” the company’s press service said,
citing Miskzhytlobud President Denys Kostrzhevsky.
The company’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine that at present,
75% of the 606 one- to seven-room apartments in the third building have
been sold.
The company said that sales of apartments revived up with the arrival of autumn.
At present, the price of one square meter in the Holosiyevo complex is from $1,200 to $2020
