On 30 January, EU High Representative Catherine Ashton met with the new Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara. Ashton stressed that Ukraine EU Association Agreement will only be possible if progress is made on the benchmarks set by the European Foreign Affairs Council on 10 December.
