Ukraine's parliament has formed a new ruling coalition clearing the way for the nomination of a new prime minister and government, parliament speaker Volodymyr Litvyn said on Mar. 11.
"The coalition has been formed on the basis of an agreement signed by heads of the factions of the Regions Party, the Communist Party, the Litvyn bloc — 235 deputies in all," he told parliament.
