Chairman of Odesa regional state administration Mykola Serdiuk has ordered all the administration's departments to study the draft amendments to Ukraine's constitution proposed by the country's president - Viktor Yushchenko.
The officials of the state administration are to organize public
hearings and prepare their proposals to the draft constitution, the
governor said during an intercom meeting on Monday.
“All the heads of all the departments should learn this draft
constitution by heart, or, which is better, learn all the drafts by
heart,” he said.
