A bus with 41 Ukrainian tourists on board crashed into a car and overturned near Norway's Aalesund, 550 kilometers from Oslo, on the evening of July 30.
One man was killed in the accident, while 14 passengers were hospitalised.
Ukrainian embassy in Norway confirmed that all the 41 people on board were Ukrainians.
Eleven of the hospitalised passengers received minor injuries. Two women, 20-year-old and 60-year-old, had moderate injuries, while the condition of one person was serious but stable, Norwegian newspaper VG reported citing the local health authority.
Other tourists from the bus were accommodated in a nearby town.
The bus collided with a passenger car approximately at 4:23 p.m. Norwegian time, operations manager Arild Reite from Romsdal Police told the Norwegian newspaper VG on July 31. As a result, the bus drove off the road and overturned down in a six-meter deep ravine and landed on a roof.
The accident occurred on a road in Vallday valley that runs from Storfjorden and ends at Trollstigen. The road is a popular tourist attraction due to its steep incline and a dozen of hairpin turns up a steep mountainside.
