HORLIVKA - The OSCE mission and representatives of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) and the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic have arrived at the demining location, an Interfax correspondent reports.

“These water mains are one of the four demining priorities chosen in Minsk. The water mains are being repaired upon the demining,” a JCCC representative told reporters.

He said the water mains were planned to be restored before Jan. 31, and power supply would resume no later than on Jan. 29.

“Every day before the repairs start, sappers will check the area for new shells, mines or pull-action explosive devices. The restorations have simultaneously begun on the four locations chosen in Minsk,” the JCCC representative said.
