Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament Mykola Tomenko opened an emergency parliament meeting on Friday.
A total of 241 MPs have been registered in the parliament’s session hall.
The Regions Party is not participating in the meeting. MP Anna
Herman said earlier that Regions Party MPs would leave the session hall
at 1015 if the meeting were not opened.
The Verkhovna Rada started considering the agenda proposed by the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko.
