Kyiv, June 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The Ukrainian parliament has passed at first reading the new wording of the law on the Ukrainian capital, hero city of Kyiv aimed at delimiting the functions and powers of the Kyiv city mayor and the head of the city state administration.
A total of 245 MPs out of the 421 registered in the parliament’s session hall backed the document on Wednesday.
