The director of 4 Room shopping center died of gunshot wounds in hospital, two security guards, employees of Titan special unit detachment died on the spot after the shooting by an unidentified man, the press service of Kyiv police said.
Around 3 p.m., an unidentified man left a Mazda car and upon entering
4 Room shopping center opened fire at the center’s director and his
guards, the police said.
The criminal killed the two guards and wounded the director, who was
trying to escape to the shopping center’s premises. The director was
eventually taken to hospital, where he died of the wounds.
The police haven’t confirmed the information about the attacker’s taking the director’s wife hostage.
The attacker managed to escape and is currently wanted by the police.
