Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has arrived at the Elysee Palace in Paris to hold bilateral negotiations with his French counterpart and take part in a summit of the Normandy Quartet leaders.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel had arrived at the French presidential residence earlier in the day, an Interfax correspondent reported.
It was reported earlier that Poroshenko’s bilateral meeting with French President Francois Hollande was planned, after which the Normandy Quartet leaders would have a summit.
