President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a law that permits foreigners to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Law No. 716-VIII, which was passed by Verkhovna Rada on Oct. 6, grants foreigners and persons without citizenship the legal right to serve under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations,” the president’s press service has reported.
