Poroshenko’s administration confirms receipt of Shokin’s letter of resignation

Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin tendered his resignation to the Ukrainian Presidential Administration on Friday, Ukrainian presidential press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko has said.

“Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin has tendered his resignation. The statement was submitted to the Presidential Administration today,” Tseholko wrote in his Twitter account.
