The Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk, Alexander Borodai, said today that the Ukrainian government is causing a humanitarian catastrophe in the southeast to cause the exodus of its Russian-speaking population.
Donetsk only has water supplies for a week. I think there is no need to explain what will happen to a city with one million people without water, the rebel leader said in a press conference.
