Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn has said he will not sign the laws, the president will return to the parliament, unless the parliament starts working efficiently.

“Unless the Verkhovna Rada resumes working, I won’t sign the laws returned by Ukraine’s president,” he said.
