Earlier news agencies reported that under the rubble of the Prague, Czech Republic, building in reconstruction there were possibly four workers from Eastern Europe. According to witnesses, the construction workers were from Bulgaria and Ukraine. The rescue operation is impeded by immanent danger of further collapse of the building.
