For the second consecutive year, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has been named Ukraine's most influential person by the magazine "Korrespondent," RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service reports. Following Tymoshenko on the list of influential people is multibillionaire and rarely seen parliament member Rinat Akhmetov, followed by the pro-Moscow leader of the opposition Regions Party, Viktor Yanukovych.
