You're reading: RAPSI: Tymoshenko’s US case against RosUkrEnergo closed without prejudice

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York has ordered the closure of a case filed by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's against RosUkrEnergo and its co-owner Dmytro Firtash, among others.

An order filed Tuesday by US District Judge Kimba M. Wood reads:
“This Court, having dismissed Plaintiffs’ claims against all served
Defendants, and having been advised that no remaining Defendants have
been served, hereby orders that this action is dismissed and
discontinued without costs and without prejudice to the right to reopen
the action within sixty (60) days. The Clerk of Court is directed to
close this case. Any pending motions are moot.”
