Ukraine has extradited Mikhail Volkov, who is suspected of having participated in the extremist group BORN, to Russia, Russian Prosecutor General's Office of Russia reported Thursday.
According to the statement, Volkov has been already convoyed to one of Russia’s detention facilities.
In Russia, Volkov is sought for murder, arms trafficking, and
participation in an extremist group. Russia put him on the international
wanted list this April, and on May 10 he was detained in Kyiv by the
Ukrainian security services.
