Kyiv, January 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry workers have rescued a 17-year-old boy who was trying to help a dog that was drowning in the Dnipro River.
The boy was brought ashore and he is now in a satisfactory condition, the ministry’s press service reported on Friday.
