Reuters: Ukraine state fund backs cutting Odessa plant’s reserve sale price to below $200 million

The head of Ukraine's State Property Fund said on Monday he will recommend more than halving the reserve price for the flagship privatization of the Odessa Portside Plant (OPP) to below $200 million.
