The foreign ministers of Ukraine and Russia will meet in Kharkiv on October 6-7, 2009, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry First Territorial Department Chief Leonid Osavoliuk said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
“I would like to inform you that bilateral talks between the foreign
ministries of Ukraine and the Russian Federation will take place in
Kharkiv on October 6-7. It is also planned the Russian and Ukrainian
foreign ministers will meet with the heads of the regional state border
guard services of both countries,” he said.
