Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and U.S. Assistant Secretary of defense Alexander Vershbow have discussed Russian-Ukrainian and U.S.-Ukrainian relations, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Wednesday.
“The meeting addressed specific aspects of the situation in the
Southern Caucasus and both countries’ relations with Ukraine,” the
Russian Foreign Ministry has reported.
The meeting participants also exchanged opinions on issues relating to Russian-U.S. relations, the ministry said.
