Moscow, December 29 (Interfax) - Somali pirates have hijacked a UK-flagged tanker with Russians and Ukrainians on board, according to the Maritime Bulletin Web site.
"Pirates hijacked the chemical tanker with Russians and Ukrainians on board," a statement said.
The hijacked tanker was sailing under the British flag from Thailand to Spain, it said.
The St James Park, which is carrying 26 crew members, was seized on Dec. 28.
